Shortly after 0700 hrs, Baltimore County Fire Dispatch struck out Rescue Box 28-05 for the car vs train in the area of Rosedale Ave and Gilmore Ave, in Rosedale. Third Battalion career and volunteer units worked side by side extricating the critically injured sole occupant of the vehicle, who was then transported to an area trauma center. The vehicle was struck at the Dump Rd crossing, which is just out of view around the curve.
