The signal that guards the CSX/NS diamond in Valdosta displays a stop indication to give a hotshot intermodal on Norfolk Southern the right of way on an overcast October night. Valdosta has most of the signals on the CSX Thomasville Subdivision that is almost exclusively dark territory.
