With 7 motors and over 10,000 feet of traffic for Iowa, this daily Kirk Yard to Waterloo manifest rumbles by the last siding before Waterloo at Jesup. The train is about 16 miles from destination. Normally this train would arrived at Waterloo in the early morning hours, but sometimes late departures from Chicago or problems enroute will make it a daylight train before Waterloo. The sun is trying hard to burn thru the fog, otherwise this would have been a great sunrise photo down the tracks!
