A relatively short train off the barge in Whittier wraps itself around the curve at Rainbow on a beautiful Fall afternoon. All of the tanks are empty, brought up on the barge for a new, to Anchorage, fuel company that will run loads to Fairbanks from the Port of Anchorage.
