As Webb Rail LLC's former New York Central Railroad "Babbling Brook" (obs/sleeper/lounger) and former Union Pacific Railroad "Pacific Union" (sleeper) entered Meridian, MS on March 28, 2018 holding the markers on Amtrak Train 20 (Crescent), they passed an unusual consist. Kansas City Southern Railway ES44ACs 4851 and 4692 bracket the business car "New Orleans" (99). This car was rebuilt by KCS from a heavyweight Pullman that saw extensive fire damage and was initially named TOLMAK (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Missouri, Arkansas,Kansas). It serves on this train as a spacer/crew quarters for PTC testing.
