| I have previously shot at this location for the same train but on a different day. This time, a friend and I had some time to be a bit adventurous. We climbed on top of a shipping container sitting next to the tracks which offered a higher vantage point for photos. It turned out quite nice and I am pleased with the photos. Although we saw the train again two additional times further north, this was the last decent shot I was able to get. Since November 30th, I never shot the train again as it was abolished just one to two weeks later once more eliminating any daylight CSX freights on the southern portion of the Auburndale Subdivision. The train was replaced with Q213 who now runs from Baldwin to Winston to Palm Center and back to Winston where they arrive between 5 and 7 AM. |
