As detour trains for Pan Am Southern settle in on the Vermont Rail System, a daylight morning PAS 11R detour, East Deerfield, MA to Binghamton, NY, is seen passing over the Mill River on the famous Green Mountain Railroad (ex-Rutland) Cuttingsville hanging bridge. The 11R ran from East Deerfield, MA to Rutland, VT with PAS BF-1 crew and a VRS pilot on from Bellows Falls to Rutland, with MEC 5966, 5948, 5967, and VTR GP40-2 307.
