Open water for EL. With Norfolk Southern SD45-2 1700 (Erie Lackawanna heritage) in the lead, Conrail Shared Assets (CSAO) OI-16 crosses the Raritan River in South Amboy on the afternoon of April 25, 2020. CSAO is a railfan's delight, as it is a bastion of exclusively standard cab units from CSX and NS, but 1700 is the foremost of interest amongst the fleet.
