NS 177 (Elkhart,IN-Macon,GA) is almost at the summit of Howardsville grade in Apison, TN on the NS Atlanta North-End. Well... This image speaks for itself, as the train comes into view the power arrangement is kinda off by the lead motor is running long hood forward. You can only imagine that the crew on the day 177 wasn't plaesed about it, but the train scoot's right along at track speed. I can only imagine at some point the power is going to get rotated.
