Stormy Skies OCNR 4764 sits nearly abandoned near Gate 23 in Middletown, RI. This unit, along with OCNR 84 haven't run a whole lot since the Old Colony and Newport Railroad became the Newport and Narragansett Bay Railroad. Nowadays, these two units are not used, and instead, NNBR43 and PRSX7349 are the two workhorses of Aquidneck Island.
