| A sign of the times, dozens of locomotives are sitting in Roanoke yard sidelined. Between the implementation of precision scheduled railroading and the decrease in traffic from COVID 19, the amount of trains being operated has decreased. This angle shows only. a fraction of the parked power in Roanoke. Many of the older locomotives have been sold and are awaiting disposal. |
