The Battle for the Pass has Begun.

Through 4-5’ of deep snow Denver & Rio Grande Western OY rotary steam powered snow plow is in full battle for the pass. Gently falling large mountain snow flakes fill the air in a juxtapose against the fury and might of the mechanical forces at play inside the wood framed man made machine whooshing and clanking away. All the while the steam locomotives behind, they hush and bark with all their might. This is snow fighting on a grand scale in the most beautiful of places on a great day for it.
