| With 28 coal loads for the CSX interchange at Chesapeake, a pair of GATX-leased GP38-2s exit Winifrede and ease into the Kanawha Valley. The Watco train crew has spent the last two days loading cuts of cars on this obscure short line before a mainline CSX crew will deliver the unit train east to Newport News, Va. |
