| Railcars ABe 4/4 (Tw III) # 56 and # 54 of the Rahetian Railway in multiple control are pulling the short regional train 1625 from St.Moritz to Tirano along the Lago Bianco (White Lake reservoir) on about 2250 meter a.s.l. In this time of the year, the trains on the Bernina line are rather short, because of low passenger quantity. The station restaurant of Ospizio and Alp Grüm are closed and journeys till Tirano are not possible because of the Corona crisis. The train is crossing the 46 meter long bridge "at the lake", which was built in 1949 only to move the track away from the mountainside to expose it less to snow deposits. |
