"Holding up the Big Apple"

Traffic comes to a grinding halt at 3rd Street in Brooklyn for a NYCT equipment move down the South Brooklyn Railway for Brooklyn Marine Terminal. The equipment move was due to the NYCT sending out two R77E locomotives for transport to Cad Rail Industries in Montreal for rebuild.
