Classic California Zephyr

Amtrak is ascending the grade at Coal Creek Canyon in front of the tangent into Tunnel 1. Ideal light illuminates icicles and the trip from Chicago overnight across the Great Plains. Now AMTK 204 will be leading the way through the mountains and tunnels of the Great Divide along the Mainline Through the Rockies and onward across deserts and to the sunny warm climes of California.
