LV C628 641 appears to have gotten a head start on a Conrail patch job on August 31, 1975 at Coxton Yard, where it waits for a trip to the Sayre shops. Despite what appears to be a pretty serious failure at a time when the LV had some C628s stored, 641 will be repaired by the LV and returned to service. R. T. Steinbrenner Photo
