An 11,142-foot intermodal train, running just 37 hours 13 minutes late, passes through the station of Prado Dam, named for the adjacent Prado Dam (visible above the freeway signs on the left). Train Q-NWHLAC6-30, heading to Los Angeles from North Baltimore, Ohio, has interesting power on this day: BNSF ES44AC 5750 is teamed with a Canadian National engine, the former British Columbia Railway Dash 9-44CW 4653 (still, obviously, wearing BCOL colors), with BNSF ES44C4 6632 and BNSF ES44AC 6075, one of the BNSF’s engines celebrating the railway’s 25th Anniversary, on the rear.
