| Cabooses are still earning their keep in Class I local service in West Virginia as CSXT Operation Red Block caboose No. 16640 brings up the rear of Sunday's Gauley Trolley as it arrives back in South Charleston. The caboose is used as a shoving platform for when this local train delivers cars to West Virginia Manufacturing's Alloy plant via Watco trackage rights. |
