The two very experienced engineers of the cogwheel steamlocomotive H 1/2 # 7 of 1873 on Rigi Staffel. Paul Gwerder (left) and Martin Horath (right) were, together with other employees, involved during many hours in the recommissioning of the locomotive. The locomotive had been on display at the Swiss Museum of Transport in Lucerne since 1959 and was first rebuilt and overhauled for use on the Rigi in 1995. It made many trips to the Rigi in 1996, 1997 and 2009, and will continue to do so this summer.
