Remarks & Notes

With available motive power tight, when the normal Bellows Falls switcher had to get some TLC, the veteran GRMC Alco RS-1 was called to service to handle switching duties. Seen on the causeway between Riverside Yard and Bellows Falls, the 405 is working a cut of 29 loads and 10 empties that it just pulled down off the arriving freight, GMRC 263.
