After conducting extensive testing at the TTCI facility in Pueblo, the first Amtrak Avelia Liberty train set has arrived back at the Alstom Plant in Hornell, New York. After bringing the train down the Southern Tier, the NS crew shoves the trainset on to the test track at the plant.
