Pusher Service on the RBM&N!

Pressed for assistance with an unusually heavy load, the Reading, Blue Mountain & Northern grabs an idle Pacific and places it on the rear of a northbound freight traveling through the Lehigh Gorge. Yeah... that's it. That's the ticket! In actuality, 4-6-2 No. 425 is seen here pulling a caboose attached to to several passenger cars on a return trip through the Gorge back to Jim Thorpe.
