Lehigh Structural Steel was a steel fabricator situated under the Tilghman Street Bridge in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Their unnumbered GE 45-tonner is making a pickup of a flat car load of structural shapes from Conrail. The tracks in the foreground are the former Lehigh Valley main line.
