The Belt Railway of Chicago's North Outside Industry job (NOSI) departs Charter Steel with its sizable pickup, on a day where temperatures exceeded 100 degrees. BRC GP38-2 #581 is in charge, instead of the usual MP15 that dominates this job. To my knowledge, 581 is the last original, non kit-bashed GP38-2 left on the BRC's roster.
