| Another Illinois Central edition of L536 makes its way by 16th Street Tower on a rainy and foggy 2-22-22. In the background is the 1919-built St. Charles Airline lift bridge. The Airline hasn't seen a train movement since it was closed for repairs nearly two years ago. Progress has been moving at a snail's pace. |
