Amtrak F40PH 408 is sadly out of service in Late 2003 because he was stored at Bear, DE in Late 2003,
but luckily Amtrak has plans to convert it to Amtrak NPCU 90408 at Beech Grove, IN
in the future.

I wrong about that, there's a rumor saying that Amtrak may have this unit rebuilt.
