I know this turned into a huge debate on a similar photo, but it appears the truck got hung up on the crossing. If you look on the roadway near the front truck, those look like "dollie" marks. Same crossing, hopefully not the same driver... http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=112281

That's bad! That same thing happened here in Savannah, GA except with a low-boy tractor trailer on CSX's high speed S-Line North of Savannah. An Amtrak hit the truck at 55+ the 2 lead locos skipped over the trailer and the rest of the train... yeah... didn't end well for the rest of the train. No one was seriously injured though! I believe it was that accident that got the railroads to put those niffty little signs on the crossings.

If you look behind the man in the orange hard hat there are the scrape marks from the trailers landing gear. Trust me I'm a truck driver and I have been trained to watch out for grade crossings with a big hump for this vary posibility.
