Posted by Noah Hofrichter on October 19, 2005  The WSOR has been loading WSOR ballast hoppers for CSX at Waterloo WI, and then running them down to Chicago for CSX. I'm pretty sure this would be only the second Ballast train the WSOR has run for CSX, the first was done sometime earlier in the month. I didn't realize the Power was going with the train though!!
