Hey, neat, I saw this train sitting in downtown Chicago!!!

I believe that little path there was once a siding track prior to the advent of CTC on the Chicago Sub in CB&Q days. A short walk east shows a lot of empty room behind the Safe-T-Stor building visible to the left of the power, and you can fit a track truck there.
