Are these loads going to Escanaba because Lake Superior is closed (Soo Locks) and Lake Michigan is open?

Rob, yes, Minorca likes to ship their winter production to Escanaba as that port stays open longer and opens sonner than Two Harbors on Lake Superior. They also like the short boat shuttle from there to Indiana Harbor. Escanaba does close in the winter, but for only around two months verus three months.
