Looks like the same guys on the back as when I chased it in Illinois. They were showing off with the water cannon and shining the spotlight on people as they ground through towns at night.

The guy in the center is "Chief" used to work for him....the best boss I ever had. From the basics to all of the electronics...he knew how to repair every little bug we got...A great time.
