Nice catch! If you do a search on SP 7675 - you'll have to seperate the SP and the 7675 from the above road number - you'll come across this shot from a little morethan a year ago http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=117208 which shows this unit in the SP bloody nose scheme, block lettering, missing the left side number boards (of the loco, right on the pics) In other words, tis one appears to have been recently painted with the yellow nose.

This unit was probably repainted by UP because it was heavily tagged. When I saw this unit I noticed that if you look, you can still easily make out "SOUTHERN PACIFIC" on the side. There's also an SSW unit like this.
