To bad the real DRGW used this paint. Would have made a much more attractive railroad!

The mountains are a nice touch. The grey will take some getting used too. Nice shot though.

That Rio Grande paintsceem looks great, great catch Kevin

Well I was wondering who would be the first to get this unit! Great catch!
|
wow!! nice shot! my favorite heritage scheme!! well can't wait to see her in action!!
|
Wow!! This is really probably the first one of the UP heritage schemes I've really liked. I like the design a lot better than the others personally. This is one I'd love to catch out on the mainline sometime, although it's unlikely. A nice job by the design team, whoever it was, as well as the paint shop at the Wisconsin and Southern Railroad's Horicon shops for a job well done! Noah Hofrichter, Reedsburg, Wisconsin

well done Kevin. I think a bit of snow on 'dem mountains would've looked nice, but I have no complaints!
|
That looks cool. can't wait to see the next 2...

Thanks kevin for being there and then for sharing it with the rest of the world!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's not often you can say an engine is pretty, but this engine is pretty! The UP has done a really good job, making things interesting.
|
Well this is a nice paint scheme and shot but i was expecting the unit to be painted in a paint scheme simuler to the paint scheme used on D&RGW 5371
