This is a splendid railway photo, the bridge, the insignificant DMU the mist and the perfectly positioned seagull - sometimes its better to be lucky than clever but preferable to be both! I remember this from a few years ago in our photo folio and it looks even better ten years on.

agreed, one great composition you've got here Bob! With the scavenger wild life subject caught in perfect glide, the people aspect shown off to the left, that engineering marvel with the bridge running from right to left into that super moody fog, a naval subject in the foreground AND best yet a train passing by in the upper right background - perfect photo!!!
