Doesn't really look that bad, seen worse. What kind of trucks is it riding on. They don't look familiar to me?

I'm not sure what kind of trucks it is riding on. I believe it is an A-A / A-B-A configuration.

Actually its a B-A1A truck configuration. Two powered axles on the front, a powered axle, weight-distributing idler in the middle, and another powered axle on the rear. A=1 powered axle, B=2 powered, C=3 powered, etc.. 1, 2, 3, etc. are for the number of non-powered trucks. A - means non-articulated, a + means articulated, I.e. 2-C+C-2.
