YES! my favorite time period where Phase III morphed into the Pepsi Can wave on these new GE's, the ex-Hi-Level Santa Fe cars were still on every long distance train (LDT), MHC's ruled up front on a LDT and heck, even those narrow hood GP40's and GP40TC's roamed around as national pool power! You even caught an outshopped ex-Metroliner cabcar returning back west for captive San Diegan service!
