Isn't skoda a swedish car maker?

No, you're confusing Skoda with Saab. Skoda is Czech, but it's now owned by Volkswagen of Germany.

No Skoda is a Czech car maker, owned by Volkswagen. At one time Skoda made rather tinny, unreliable cars but now manuafacture quality engineered cars with a deserved high reputation - I own one! I didn't know they did tramcars though - maybe I'll buy one of these next time!

This is Škoda Plzeò - maker locomotive, tramway and electrical product for power plant. No Škoda Mladá Boleslav - maker cars owned by Volkswagen. Škoda Plzeò maked tramway for Seattle in state Washington, USA. And Škoda maker cars confusing with Volkswagen, no with Saab.

ah! I must have been confused. On a trip to england, I saw a Skoda car and asked where they were from and my pal replied they were from Sweden. Thank you all for the correction.
