Really nice to see what an engineer sees, what a control panel looks like, at least one type of panel. Good image! So, who is on "hold" on the telephone?

Nobody is on hold, that is one of the many types of microphones for the radio. I carry one in my grip...much preferred over the Motorola hand mics.
