Definately locked up, the bearing housing has mangled the truck,
and wheel has got very hot!!!

Looks like the fire extinguisher got put to use also! Bet that was one rough ride for a little while. Nice catch Andrew...

Interesting that this EMD engine has a GE logo on the axle bearing.
