Well, when I was with Caltrans, we called her Adrianna "Giant Turkey". She was famous for robbing highway funds for bike trails and other nonsense, including the "Dupont Overhaul" of all our trucks and heavy equipment. No money for parts or new stuff, just paint! I mark her tenure as the beginning of the decline of California highways. Thanks, Jerry Brown!
