Nice shot. This is one of my favorite spots on the Chilli Sub. It is interesting to note that the building in the foreground and the water tower are both gone now.

I agree, Matt. Sharp photo, Ray! I made my first visit to this town in October, and was nothing but impressed. It must have been nice to see three Bluebonnets passing by.

Great shot, Ray. I can appreciate this image much more now that I've visted the top of the slag pile. Sadly, this view is longer possible due to the trees growing too high. So much has changed since you got this shot.

The slag pile was closed off when I was out there in July of '95 - I was bummed!
