While I have never cared for NS livery, the black and white prefectly compliments this scene. The thistle heads are beautifully frocked. This is the penultimate winter scene. I almost get chilled looking at it, and look at it I do. It's mesmerizing. Thanks for the photo, Willie, and for any discomfort you endured to capture it.
