The odds are, that is Engineer Peter Lotzmann in the cab running his normal San Jose Turn seven day a week run. A very friendly ex-Wobbly WP head who was very friendly to us railfans. You probably remember him over the radio with trademark strong German accent saying "Highball ze rrrroll-by!"
