that gate is for westbound traffic on Washington St. The EJE right of way is directly in front of the photographer....thats what that gate gaurds......The gate gaurding the UP right of way is on the opposite side of the street......

Nice, I like photos that trick you into thinking there is a problem with the gates, although it is for a different crossing.
