Posted by Thomas Kidd on December 3, 2013  Just a clarification Brian. MILW 5505-5503 were U28B's. The U28B's were originally numbered 393-398 & 130-135. They became 5500-5511. Nice photo. I worked right down the block at Cut Off Tower.
