CSX/MCVX 7764 is ex-WLO-1 (the Waycross, GA, test unit), ex-CSXT 5764, ex-SCL 1813, nee-SCL 1776:1. This unit is used along with several freight and passenger cars to train police and fire departments on how to handle various situations involving a train accident, fire, ect. The locomotive is not operable. I believe there is nothing under the long hood.

Shell being no engine, or internal components. Usually just a large chunk of concrete where the engine and alternator sat.
