I am guessing that's an ex-Rockdale, Sandow, and Southern unit. I believe they did use to have a CF7.

No, it's not. It's a former ATSF to Midsouth - RSSX is Railserve, Inc. Rockdale, Sandow & Southern is just 'RSS'. Nice catch, Steve!
