Looks like the blue flag is on the other track, not on the track the jeep is on.

It's on the hood =) From the pipes in the background, it looks as if the unit has a giant exhaust pipe!

The Electro-Motive factory-supplied nose and cab number indicator-headlight housing, indicate that this unit was the one Soo Line Geep that got its chopped nose due to wreck repairs, many years before the CP takeover.
