Kinda? It very much looks like the Santa Fe's "Cat Whisker" scheme, as used on FTs, F3s and the very early F7s. Santa Fe lives!

I also did a double take when I saw this photo, The Santa Fe resemblance is pretty uncanny.

I had no idea that there was any street running left in Victoria. Great shot. I do so love those old GM's! As for the power van (or is it a baggage coach?), looks like WCR livery.

I also did a double take. I would've thought that this was a classic Craig Walker or John West Santa Fe photo. Nice shot James.

I believe S313's livery is ispired on the Sante Fe Railroad livery. The van behind the two S's is a former WCR Power van, code PCP292. It's supplying the carriages which don't have generators etc...
